THE RESET LAB
A 4-Week Yoga Immersion

for High School Students

Today’s students are constantly stimulated, mentally overloaded, and rarely given space to truly slow down.

The Reset Lab is a 4-week immersive experience designed to help high school students get out of their heads, reconnect with themselves, and learn practical tools for handling stress, pressure, and overwhelm in everyday life.

Each session blends movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, awareness practices, creative journaling, and deep rest in a supportive, phone-free environment.

This is not therapy, and it’s not a traditional yoga class. It’s a space to reset.

Throughout the series, students will explore:

• Vinyasa flow & balance challenges
• Iyengar-inspired wall work & long holds
• Yogic Breathwork techniques for focus and relaxation
• Qi Gong & awareness exercises
• Sound bath & restorative practice
• Attention training, drishti, and mindfulness
• Creative journaling & guided reflection

Students will receive a journal and weekly handouts with prompts, practices, and tools to continue exploring between sessions.

No yoga experience is necessary.
No pressure to perform or share.
Just space to breathe, move, slow down, and reconnect beyond constant stimulation.

A
Harmomic Reclamation

with Julie M. Smith

Preparing the Heart

with Julie Smith

We are not separate from nature—we are nature. Our bodies are rhythmic systems designed to move in relationship with the moon, the tides, and the greater cycles of life.

A Harmonic Reclamation is a movement, breath, and sound journey guided by lunar cycles and the wisdom of astrology. Each gathering invites a return to our innate rhythm—releasing patterns of dissonance and re-attuning the nervous system to the intelligence of the body and cosmos.

Through somatic movement, conscious breath, vibrational sound, and lunar insight, we explore how the waxing and waning of the moon is reflected within our physical body, emotional field, and energetic landscape. In doing so, we remember how to listen, respond, and harmonize with life rather than override it.

This evening will focus on preparing the heart for the New Moon Solar Eclipse—a potent moment for reset, intention, and inner alignment.

This gathering also serves as an abbreviated introduction to the Harmonic Reclamation Lunar Attunement Series, which continues at Maja Yoga on June 6.

A practice of alignment, presence, and embodied coherence—
guided by the moon, rooted in the body, and lived from within.
