Inversions aren't just for advanced yogis. They help build confidence, focus, body awareness, and trust in yourself. In this playful and supportive workshop, we'll break down the fundamentals of going upside down using a variety of strength-building drills, alignment techniques, partner work, and wall-supported variations.

Whether you're working toward Headstand, Forearm Stand, Handstand, or simply becoming more comfortable having your hips above your heart, you'll learn practical tools to safely explore inversions at your own pace.

This workshop is designed for curious beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Come ready to challenge yourself, laugh a little, and discover that the journey upside down can be just as rewarding as the destination.

Today’s students are constantly stimulated, mentally overloaded, and rarely given space to truly slow down.

The Reset Lab is a 4-week immersive experience designed to help high school students get out of their heads, reconnect with themselves, and learn practical tools for handling stress, pressure, and overwhelm in everyday life.

Each session blends movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, awareness practices, creative journaling, and deep rest in a supportive, phone-free environment.

This is not therapy, and it’s not a traditional yoga class. It’s a space to reset.

Throughout the series, students will explore:

• Vinyasa flow & balance challenges
• Iyengar-inspired wall work & long holds
• Yogic Breathwork techniques for focus and relaxation
• Qi Gong & awareness exercises
• Sound bath & restorative practice
• Attention training, drishti, and mindfulness
• Creative journaling & guided reflection

Students will receive a journal and weekly handouts with prompts, practices, and tools to continue exploring between sessions.

No yoga experience is necessary.
