Pranayama
Sit and Breathe. In this practice we sit or lay in in supported positions to generate prana and to create meditative endurance. We will traverse various pranic and yogic breathing styles to send this prana / life force energy throughout the entire physical and invisible body systems. ​ Sundays 10am
SOUND BATH
Halt the movement of time as you move like a sloth via stretching and propping yourself up on bolsters and blankets to melt away. Engage with your parasympathetic nervous system while gravity and the bowls do the work of fading your tensions and distress into nothingness. Bring your eye pillows and comfiest pj's. Sleeping is common.​ Sundays 11am & Thursdays 730pm
Relaxed Flow Yoga
Long, slow & deep. Holding classic poses for long periods of time helps to open and lengthen the muscles and the mind, while also teaching breath through discomfort to calm your system. ​ Tuesdays 6pm
MAT PILATES
In this mixed level class you will find strength training, endurance challenges, deep core activation and focus on balance. Pilates principle will be applied through out. Stability ball and resistance bands will be used extensively. This is not a yoga class. Beginner to advanced will all find something to work on & enjoy within this offering. ​ Monday & Thursday 630pm
BEGINNER MARTIAL ARTS
Be expertly guided through the basics of Issin Ryu Karate. This class blends the mindful precision of martial arts with the soothing yoga warm up, standing karate postures, alignment, and form. Each session becomes a moving meditation, where you’ll explore foundations and approach your practice with the calm and discipline of a martial artist. All Levels Welcome Momdays & Tuesdays 11am
Mat Pilates

Reformer 01 Flow - Perfect beginner Pilates class, with all the basics and a slow pace.
Reformer 02 Strength - Intermediate Pilates class for those with experience, expect strength and balance challenges
Reform & Restore - All levels restorative class to stretch and soothe the entire body.
