Our private group will have exclusive access to the breathtaking Earth Lodge Yoga Studio — a serene space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Antigua’s majestic three volcanoes.
Each morning, we’ll flow through yoga and mat Pilates sessions to energize and awaken the body.
Each evening, we’ll unwind with restorative shapes, deep stretching, and healing breathwork as the sun sets over the mountains.
Mats and props are provided, and no experience is necessary — just your open heart and spirit.

Walking with Fire: A Sacred Journey to the Volcanoes of Antigua
In the heart of Guatemala’s highlands, ancient giants rise to meet the sky.
Here, Volcán de Fuego — Chi Q’aq’ in the Kaqchikel Mayan language, “where the fire is” — breathes and roars as a living spirit of the Earth. One of the most active volcanoes in Central America, Fuego’s rhythmic eruptions are a reminder of nature’s untamable heart: powerful, wild, and alive. To the Mayans, Fuego was and remains a sacred being, a guardian and a symbol of eternal transformation.
During our retreat, we will honor this spirit by setting foot on her neighboring giant: Volcán de Acatenango.
Together, we will embark on a guided one-day Acatenango hike, ascending into the clouds where the earth meets the sky. From the heights of Acatenango, we will witness the awe-inspiring eruptions of Fuego — lava sparking against the night, an ancient heartbeat illuminated in fire.
This sacred trek is not just a physical journey, but a spiritual rite of passage — a climb toward your own inner summit.
It is a call to remember your strength, to listen to the earth’s song, and to stand in the presence of something greater than words can describe.

Sacred Temazcal Ceremony with a Mayan Shaman
Step into the ancient healing traditions of the Maya with a guided Temazcal Ceremony, led by our beloved local female shaman. This sacred ritual weaves together heat, medicinal plants, natural exfoliants, herbal baths, and chakra activation, honoring the four vital elements of the Mayan Cosmovision.
Through this powerful process, the shaman will guide you in releasing physical, emotional, and energetic toxins, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed.
